I have used other claims adjudication software that cost quite a bit more than ICP. None of those other claims adjudication software systems were as flexible and versatile as ICP. Customer service is second to none. In today’s economy, we are all looking for ways to make our dollar go farther and with ICP you get the best value by far.

ICP was a real job saver. Nine years ago our company was on the verge of collapse under the weight of a bad claims system. The system could not handle the volume of work.
